Nearly all of Jeep’s 2023 off-road-ready vehicles get updates, including new engines, more work capability, and fresh design options
Like the Wrangler it shares a platform with, the Gladiator pickup also gets a Freedom special edition for 2023. It features added capability by way of standard LED headlights and foglights, steel rock rails, and winch-ready steel front and rear bumpers. Exterior styling distinctions include body-colored fender flares, black wheels and accents, and an Oscar Mike badge on the rear tailgate. Inside, it gets leather-trimmed cloth seats and black accent stitching.
There are two new exterior colors: neon-yellow High Velocity, which replaces Snazzberry, and an aqua-gray Earl. Every truck receives standard Gladiator decals featuring an American flag on each front fender. The Gladiator Willys now comes standard with keyless entry, remote start, a 7.0-inch instrument cluster screen, and universal garage door opener.
Limited and Overland versions of both the regular Grand Cherokee and three-row L gas variants receive a standard 10.1-inch infotainment touchscreen. There are also two new optional audio system upgrades for 2023: a nine-speaker Alpine setup for the Grand Cherokee Limited and a 19-speaker McIntosh system on Overland and Summit models.
