Police said Thomas Tycion Burns died at the scene and another person was injured. Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for information.
No arrests have been made as of Sunday afternoon. A reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest and indictment.According to Dallas police, 20-year-old Darius Dewayne Young was found in a parking lot with a gunshot wound when officers arrive on the scene.
