Two Huntsville police officers are fighting for their lives at the hospital after they and a female victim were shot Tuesday afternoon at an apartment complex, the authorities said.
The caller told authorities that she had been shot. Police found her when they arrived at the scene and she was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, Johnson said. Two HPD officers were shot in the line of duty this evening. Both have been transported to Huntsville Hospital with life threatening injuries.
