Every shoe I own—whether a stiletto or a loafer—lives in its own shoe bag. I have a ton of these from Bag-All since they're cuter than the generic shoe bag most pairs come with and they have them for sneakers, ballerinas, sandals, and espadrilles.
Each pair I own is also stuffed with paper to hold its shape, then wrapped in some more paper. My boyfriend used to make fun of me when we first moved in together * but now he does the same. No matter how much your shoes cost, trust me this is the best way to care for them . —
