A dozen people were injured after the second floor of an apartment building collapsed late Saturday in west central Pennsylvania, police say.

A dozen people were injured after the second floor of an apartment building collapsed late Saturday in west central Pennsylvania, just over a mile from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, according to state police.

The twelve injured were treated at the scene, and seven were transported to a local hospital for further treatment, according to Greenfield. Their conditions were not immediately available Sunday afternoon. When the first trooper arrived on the scene just before midnight, he was approached by several"frantic people" who told him"that the floor had collapsed in the apartment and multiple casualties were identified," according to Greenfield, adding that the initial caller reported someone lying in the road near Medlar Drive and Copper Beech Drive.

Some escaped through a broken window on the first floor, which caused"many injuries," Greenfield said. Members of the Indiana Fire Association searched the building when they arrived and did not find anyone else trapped inside, Greenfield said. The cause of the collapse remains under investigation, according to Myles Snyder, communications director for the Pennsylvania State Police.

Bellissima Cosmetics required by state to issue refunds for products sold at 2022 Alaska State FairBellissima Cosmetics required by state to issue refunds for products sold at 2022 Alaska State FairAlaska Attorney General Treg Taylor announced Thursday that Bellissima Cosmetics will be required to issue refunds or take back products sold at the 2022 Alaska State Fair after a customer tried returning a product one day after purchasing it. The State of Alaska said Bellissma's salespeople drew customers into their booth for a free facial, but solicited many of them to buy thousands of dollars of cosmetic creams and devices. The State of Alaska argued the company is required to 'revoke the purchase' within five business days if the customer makes a purchase $10 or more at a location that's not the place of business and the seller must give written notice. The state said consumers who bought more than $10 of products from Bellissima must return unopened cosmetics by April 21 or request a refund of $100 from the company by May 6, if they choose to keep their products.
