Listen, I'm not about to sit here and tell you that baby powder is better than half of the beauty products currently sitting in your bathroom. But the basic medicine cabinet staple does have a wide range of handy uses, and in a pinch — maybe you ran out of your usual loose powder or dry shampoo — it can be especially helpful. That's where this tutorial from Susan Yara, which calls out 11 different beauty-specific uses for baby powder, comes in.
Yara begins the video by pointing out that it's important to find a baby powder formula that doesn't contain talc, which some concerned with the health and safety of beauty ingredients consider questionable. She uses the one from Burt's Bees.
