9 Abbie Mills In Sleepy Hollow Nicole Beharie starred as Abbie Mills in Sleepy Hollow, and as one of the two main characters, one would think she would be invincible. Unfortunately, some behind-the-scenes drama interfered, and during the season 3 finale, Abbie sacrificed herself, and Beharie exited the series following her character's death. One season later, Fox canceled Sleepy Hollow, and years after the show's conclusion, Beharie admitted that she left because of unequal treatment.
6 Allison Argent In Teen Wolf To say that Allison Argent's death in Teen Wolf was unwarranted is an understatement, especially given the events of Teen Wolf: The Movie. Crystal Reed, who played Allison in the first three seasons of the MTV series, decided to exit of her own volition, but that did not mean that the writers had to or should have killed her off the show.
