A house on Harbor View Drive in Cleveland that sold for $6.7 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Cuyahoga County in the past week.
In total, 317 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $268,892. The average price per square foot ended up at $154.
A sale has been finalized for the single-family residence at 11518 Harbor View Drive in Cleveland. The price was $6,700,000 and the new owners took over the house in June. The house was built in 1962 and the living area totals 15,828 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $423. The deal was finalized on Jun. 26.
