Funny Jurassic World: Dominion memes

Summary SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT While wrapping up the second trilogy in the Jurassic Park franchise, Jurassic World: Dominion became the source of many fantastic memes. In the 2022 sci-fi/adventure movie, Owen Grady and Claire Dearing from the Jurassic World movies set out to find their daughter Maisie. At the same time Ellie Sattler, Alan Grant, and Ian Malcolm from the Jurassic Park movies set out to expose Lewis Dodgson's schemes.

People quickly started making memes of Trevorrow's statement since every other movie in the Jurassic Park franchise proved that dinosaurs and humans can't coexist and anyone with a basic understanding of dinosaurs could give the answer to this question. The Oscar Expert's Twitter meme mirrors the director's statement except making it about the movie Jaws. When put in this context, it shows the silliness of Trevorrow's statement and Jurassic World: Dominion's premise.

Interestingly, this meme was posted a month and a half before Jurassic World: Dominion came out; as such, the user couldn't have known that the Giganotosaurus would do battle with the T-rex in the movie. In retrospect, this little detail makes the meme funnier, though, since the Giganotosaurus and T-rex are arch nemeses just like Batman and Joker. Ultimately, the T-rex takes down the Giganotosaurus with the help of the Therizinosaurus in the Jurassic World: Dominion final dinosaur fight.

They commented with a photo of the Dilophosaurus and the caption, "He's looking pretty good too." This interaction and the likes on the comment show that Jurassic Park fans were just as excited about the Dilophosaurus returning as they were the original cast. It also served as a reminder that many people enjoy the franchise purely for the dinosaurs rather than the human characters.
