The Xpeng G6 has up to 755 km of range, exceeding that of the Tesla Model Y car auto cars
which starts at 263,900 yuan . The most expensive G6 variant will start at 276,900 yuan .

Xpeng was long considered as perhaps the best Chinese rival to Tesla and for a startup, it has been progressing well. However, sales from the first five months of this year reveal that it delivered 38.9% fewer vehicles than it did in 2022, totaling 32,815 units. This drop in sales contributed to a 45.9% fall in revenue through the first quarter while net losses swelled by 37.6%.
reports that Tesla delivered 219,893 vehicles in China through the first five months of the year. Of these, 152,461 units were the Model Y.is the brand’s latest-generation architecture known as SEPA2.0 and it also makes use of front and rear integrated aluminum die-casting to reduce manufacturing costs. The size of the available battery packs aren’t yet known but Xpeng has confirmed it will be offered with lithium iron phosphate and nickel manganese cobalt batteries.
