Previewing Tuesday’s two Southern California Regional basketball championship games that involve San Diego County schools, with both beginning at 6 p.m.:Valley Torah, which lost in the Southern Section Division 4A title game, upset No. 1-seeded Los Angeles Westchester in the first round of the Southern California Regional. The Wolfpack then beat No. 8 Chatsworth and Long Beach Millikan . Johny Dan, a junior, had 24 points and 10 rebounds against Millikan.
