Two companies won tax credits to expand in Greater Cleveland.SHALERSVILLE TOWNSHIP, Ohio — A firearms manufacturer and pipe fittings maker won state tax credits Monday, and have plans to expand that will create an estimated 136 jobs in Chardon and Shalersville Township.
