A pair of shootings in neighboring western Pa. towns that claimed the lives of two teens are being investigated 'separately' for now, district attorney says.
Lozier said the two shooters wore face masks and dark clothing, and that it appeared through surveillance video that Moreland knew he was being followed and tried to get away before being caught and shot four times.
Ambridge Police Chief John DeLuca, who appeared alongside Lozier, praised the witnesses who trailed the suspects. “These citizens went above and beyond to track these people eight, 10 blocks and point out cameras to us,” he said. An initial one-week $5,000 reward from Crimes Solvers of Beaver County for information in Sparrow’s murder has grown to $10,000 after Woods pledged another $5,000.
