Chief McManus says the officer was on patrol at the Winston Square Apartments when he came across a man with a gun in his waistband.
SAN ANTONIO — A San Antonio Police officer was involved in a shooting that left a man dead for the third time in less than a week. This happened around 2 a.m. Monday at an apartment complex on General McMullen and Roselawn on the west side of town.
Chief McManus says the man died at the scene. We don’t know much about him other than he apparently has a lengthy criminal history.
