“On a daily basis, camp parents come to pick up their kids and they see other people swimming in the Red Hook Pool,” said Tilman. “And they don't understand why we can't do that.” Tilman said it’s “endlessly frustrating” that her camp has been fully staffed every summer since the pandemic, “but the parks department can't get their act together.”
