Four major music festivals -- Global Citizen, Farm Aid, iHeartRadio Music Festival and Eric Clapton's Crossroads Guitar Festival -- will be available via streaming services as well as live this week, topping a jammed virtual schedule that includes new documentaries about Carlos Santana and the Birthday Party, a fresh 'CMT Crossroads' and concerts by Lainey Wilson, Billy Strings, Goose and others.
The Global Citizen Festival -- taking place Saturday, Sept. 23 in New York City's Central Park -- is one of several festivals that will be streaming as well during the coming week Not long ago we’d only know about events such as Farm Aid, Eric Clapton’s Crossroads festival and Global Citizen from updates and other reports.
Now we can be there, “in person,” since all three, and more, will be streaming live as they happen this weekend... * Foo Fighters, Fall Out Boy, Public Enemy, Sheryl Crow, Kelly Clarkson, Lenny Kravitz, Lil Wayne, TLC, Thirty Seconds to Mars, Miguel and more will perform for this year’s iHeartRadio Music Festival, taking place at 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, Sept. 22-23 in Las Vegas and streaming via Hulu.* With its multiple outlets -- including YouTube, Facebook, Veeps. Hulu, Prime Video, Twitch, ABC and more -- Global Citizen will be hard to miss at 4 p.m. from New York City’s Central Park.
