He was seen leaving the field on a cart, seemingly going to the locker room for X-rays.
NFL Network said Milano had "what appears to be a cast on his right leg from his shin all the way up to his thigh." The extent of his injury is unknown at this time, but head coach Sean McDermott said it's "not looking good." Defensive tackle DaQuan Jones and defensive end Kingsley Jonathan also left the game with injuries in the first quarter.
And in the fourth quarter, linebacker Von Miller was taken out of the game, seen wearing a baseball hat on the sidelines, but he is seemingly OK and was just on a pitch-count for the game. The veteran edge-rusher made his return Sunday roughly 10 months after tearing his ACL.
