OAKLAND – A 64-year-old man was in grave condition after an East Oakland shooting Saturday night that also left a woman injured, authorities said.
The shooting happened about 8:20 p.m. Saturday in a gas station parking lot in the 10000 block of International Boulevard. Authorities said it apparently stemmed from an argument, and at one point, someone opened fire on the man and woman. The man was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries. The woman, 21, also was hospitalized, and is expected to survive. Both are Oakland residents.
