Officers responded about 6:05 a.m. to the 2100 block of East Kiest Boulevard, near East Illinois Avenue and the Paul Laurence Dunbar Lancaster-Kiest Branch Library.Advertisement Investigators said a man, who was not identified, was hit by an unknown vehicle.
