The woman accused of manslaughter in the shooting was holding a rifle while 19-year Aniyah Womack filmed, police said. The rifle fired and struck Womack.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A large police presence has shut down several blocks of Downtown Jacksonville surrounding the EverBank building on Adams Street Tuesday night.that a man went into a building in the 300 block of Adams around 6 p.m. and began making threats.Law enforcement and SWAT were on scene Tuesday night past 10 p.m.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office will speak at 11:30 p.m. with more information. You can watch the press conference here or on the First Coast News YouTube channel.
