Houston weather: More rain, warm weather ahead starting Monday
National Weather Service, the Houston area will continue to see warm temperatures and chances for rain and storms throughout the first half of the week.
On Saturday and Sunday, thunderstorms and heavy rainfall led to street flooding in some parts of Harris County. The National Weather Service cautions to keep an eye on the forecast as the chance for storms lingers through the first half of the week:The chance of excessive rain gets downgraded from moderate to slight Monday in Houston, with east Harris County having an even lower chance of seeing more heavy rain.
