“He’ll be fine,” Carroll added. “Frustrating start, but all of the work he did to get here is what preps him for the next time coming around and he’s going to be a big part of what we’re doing.” Adams was drafted No. 6 overall by the Jets in the 2017 NFL Draft. He played three seasons in New York earning two Pro Bowl selections and an All-Pro nod.
