Troopers reported to the 500 block of East 22nd Street when they were alerted of shots being fired in the area.

Officers spotted broken glass from a window and spent rifle casings in the driveway. After they positioned themselves around the duplex and used headlights from their patrol vehicles, they saw a man, later identified as Gleba, begin firing an AR-15 style rifle at several officers. Troopers said he was wearing a bullet-proof vest and had a loaded rifle magazine and a knife on him when he was arrested.
