Sep. 20, 2023, 11:35 a.m.Authorities believe that a 53-year-old New Hampshire man who died at a New England Patriots game last weekend died from a “medical issue,” the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office.in the 300s tier of Gillette Stadium during the game against the Miami Dolphins on Sunday Sept. 17, the district attorney’s office said Monday.
A witness at Gillette Stadium did share graphic video footage with MassLive, but did not give permission to publish the video citing concern for the family. The third man, wearing a white Dolphins jersey, appears to be the last to punch Mooney in the face, which knocks him to the ground and leaves him unresponsive. Mooney never got back up and EMTs arrived to perform CPR, according to Kilmartin, who later gave his account to Foxborough police.
