A response team traveled throughout the night and through the mountains to locate the deceased couple five hours after the attack took place on Friday night.
A grisly discovery was made after an attack by a grizzly bear left two people dead at a national park in southwest Canada, according to reports.
Since bad weather kept a response team from reaching the area by helicopter, they were forced to travel on foot overnight. Afterward, Sundre RCMP authorities arrived at 5 a.m. and proceeded to help transport the two victims to Sundre, a town 40 miles east of the site.
