Hernandez reportedly began signing, “You just drank colon cleaner.”
It wasn’t a laughing matter because colon cleansers don’t just mean trips to the bathroom, in some instances, they can also be harmful, according to the report. And, some of her employees who had pre-existing conditions apparently had some real issues handling it all.Hernandez was described as a “bully” and one employee reportedly said she would make fun of her and “poke her breast.”
If Hernandez was hoping for a good laugh here, it didn’t end up that way for her. She was arrested back on June 1 of last year, and reportedly pleaded guilty March 9 to two counts of assault causing bodily harm. She no longer works as a Texas elections administrator, and was sentenced to 18 months probation and 80 hours of community service.
