ATEEZ’s Seonghwa To Temporarily Sit Out Activities After His Grandmother Passes Away
On October 25 KST, KQ Entertainment announced that Seonghwa would be sitting out some of the group’s upcoming activities in the United States due to the passing of his grandmother.KQ Entertainment’s full statement is as follows:We are conveying the unfortunate news that ATEEZ member Seonghwa’s grandmother passed away on October 23.
We offer our blessings to the departed, and we ask that you send Seonghwa your warm comfort and support. Accordingly, we are informing you that Seonghwa will inevitably be unable to participate in scheduled activities in the United States. Seonghwa plans to resume his scheduled activities after sending off the departed, and he will be participating starting from “Immortal Songs in New York” on October 26.
We ask for the understanding of the fans who must have waited for live broadcast celebrating the anniversary of their debut, and we send our deepest condolences to the bereaved family.
