Robert Dupont is helping friend Dr. Lynn Howard sell Andy Warhol’s 1981 portrait of boyfriend Jon Gould. The portrait was last appraised for $750,000.
Warhol disciple and art dealer Robert Dupont told Page Six he’s helping his friend, Dr. Lynn Howard, sell the portrait of Gould that was last appraised at $750,000 in 2009.
Warhol’s romance with Gould, a young executive at Hollywood studio Paramount, is the focus of several episodes in Murphy’s new series. “We were very close, identical twins, but we never talked a lot about his sexuality. It was a different time,” he said.
