The Lancaster County Coroner released the man's identity on Monday, and ruled the death accidental.
Jonathan Bergmueller | [email protected] Stolzfus, 18, died Saturday at around 4 p.m. from multiple traumatic injuries from the accident, according to the Lancaster County Coroner’s Office.
The incident involved horse-drawn equipment at Stoltzfus’ home on Picadilly Hill Road in Quarryville, and the coroner’s office ruled it accidental.
